Royalty-Free Licence
The purchaser of a Photo Pack from Wildlife-Pictures-Online is hereby granted a royalty-free licence to use the photographs within each pack for personal or commercial purposes.

The photographs may be copied and used as frequently and creatively as required, for any of the following:

all forms of print publications, including brochures, books, magazines, packaging and other advertising material;
all forms of digital display, including web sites, ebooks, multi-media presentations, digital brochures;
as inspiration and reference for creation of crafts or artwork, whether traditional or digital, for both personal and commercial purposes;
as decoration in an office, public area, restaurant, or retail store.
Limitations on Usage Rights
This royalty-free licence is not transferable and is granted only to the person or entity that purchased the Photo Pack.
The original photographs may not be offered for resale, exchange or distribution, via the Internet, by CD or other media.
When photographs are incorporated in new products for sale, the photograph should not constitute the main value of the end-product. In other words, you cannot simply re-package the photographs and sell them. Examples of this include templates, screensavers, and photographic prints made from the digital images.
Photographs may not be used in any way that is pornographic, defamatory, libelous or unlawful.
Declaration by Copyright-holder
The copyright to all photographs to which this license applies remains with the photographer, Scotch Macaskill, who certifies that he personally took the photographs and has the right to grant this licence.
Limitation of Liability
The photographer and copyright-holder can in no way be held liable for any damages, including loss of profits or other consequential or incidental damages, arising from purchase of this licence and/or use of the photographs.
